The terms for using the MPP portal
These terms apply to marketingplanpros.com, the MPP portal at app.marketingplanpros.com, and the client edit links we send. Effective October 12, 2026.
1. Who these terms are for
The MPP portal is a private workspace operated by Marketing Plan Pros ("MPP"). It is used by our team and by clients we have invited. By signing in, or by using a client edit link, you agree to these terms. If you are using the portal on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.
The engagement itself, including fees, deliverables, and performance terms, is governed by the written agreement between MPP and your company. If these terms and that agreement conflict, the agreement wins.
2. Your account
- Keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Use only the email address your invitation was sent to. Do not share your access or a client edit link with anyone outside your company.
- Tell us right away at logan@marketingplanpros.com if you believe your access has been misused.
3. Connected accounts
You may connect Google or Microsoft accounts to the portal. You choose which accounts to connect and you can disconnect them at any time. We use them only as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to connect the accounts you connect, including any work account governed by your employer's policies.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the portal to break the law, to access records that are not yours, to interfere with the service, or to upload anything malicious. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the portal or to scrape it. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
5. Your content and our work
You keep ownership of the materials you give us: your brand, your content, your data. You grant MPP the right to use them to deliver the engagement. Work product we create for you is owned as set out in your agreement with us. The portal itself, including its software, designs, and templates, belongs to MPP.
Edits you make through a client edit link are committed to your website's source repository and may be published to your live site. Review them before you publish.
6. Availability
We aim to keep the portal available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or retire features as the product evolves; where a change affects how you use the portal we will tell you.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The portal is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, MPP disclaims all warranties about it and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the obligations in your written agreement with us.
8. Ending access
You can stop using the portal at any time. We may end access when an engagement ends or when these terms are breached. Sections 5, 7, and 9 survive the end of access.
9. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the effective date above tells you when. Continued use after an update means you accept it.
