Why we built it ourselves

We do not sell hours. We sell outcomes, with our pay tied to them. That model requires knowing, precisely and continuously, what is happening on every account.

The platform is our operating model, made executable. Generic agency software is built for the retainer business: track the time, bill the hours, report the activity. We deliberately do not run that business, so we stopped bending tools designed for it. The platform we built instead is how we keep every commitment visible and every account moving. Giving you a window into it is not a feature we added for marketing. It is how the work actually runs. When you work with MPP, organized is not a promise. It is the default.
